International Conference

Hosted in a different city across the globe each year, the Annual Conference is designed to recognize leaders in the industry, provide updates on and responses to trends that impact providers, highlight trailblazers through workshops and offer a platform to collaborate and create better ways to advance the industry as a whole.
Online Soft Skills Camp
- Online Soft Skills Camp is a one-week digital training camp that introduces students in grades 10 – 12 to the many facets of soft skills. From problem solving and critical thinking to team building and business etiquette, students learn what it takes to excel as young professionals.
- The camp allows students to interact with their peers from other countries and learn the universal soft skills that translate to success all across the globe.
- Additionally, students get the opportunity to ask questions of and learn from professionals in various fields through an interactive online platform.
- The campers get the opportunity to apply what they’ve been taught through the completion of assignments, implementation tasks and more.
- At the culmination of the camp, students are given a comprehensive test that qualifies them for their first soft skills certification; giving them additional achievements to add to their college applications and or work resumes.
- Students whose parents are members (individual or corporate) of IFSST receive a 10% percent discount on camp costs.
- Only those who complete Online Soft Skills Camp are eligible to apply for scholarships from IFSST
